These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.ajira360.com (the "Site"), operated by 360 Logistics and Accommodations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with 360 Ajira KE Limited (collectively "Ajira 360"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the website only. Client service engagements are governed by separately executed agreements (master service agreements and statements of work), which prevail over these Terms in any conflict.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes: learning about our services, contacting us, and reading our published content. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at disruptive volume, submitting false or deceptive enquiries, or using it to transmit malicious code.
