Seven Years on the Floor Before Day One

Our story

Ajira 360 was founded by professionals with more than seven years of hands-on call centre operations experience — managing agents, building quality programmes, and answering to clients when numbers slipped. We started this company because we saw the same gap over and over: US businesses that needed reliable customer operations, and outsourcing partners that promised enterprise polish but delivered staffing-agency indifference.

Our mission is simple: deliver world-class customer operations for US businesses through a Kenya-based team — with the discipline of a large operator and the accountability of a partner whose founders still read the QA scorecards.

The name says what we do. Ajira is the Swahili word for employment and productivity. 360 is the complete service loop we run around every customer interaction — nothing dropped, nothing out of view.

    Incorporated in Delaware, USA. Holds your contract, invoices in USD, and gives you US jurisdiction and accountability.

  • 360 Ajira KE Limited

    Registered in Kenya. Runs the delivery centre at Trio Complex, Nairobi — the agents, the floor, the operation.

  • Backed by Zerxis Limited

    Our cloud telephony infrastructure is operated in partnership with Zerxis Limited, a specialist cloud telephony provider in Nairobi.
