1. Who we are

This website is operated by 360 Logistics and Accommodations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "US Entity"), together with 360 Ajira KE Limited, a company registered in Kenya (the "Kenya Entity") — collectively, "Ajira 360", "we", "us" or "our". The US Entity is the primary controller of personal information collected through this website; the Kenya Entity processes information in connection with service delivery.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Contact form submissions — name, company, work email, optional phone number, service interest, and the content of your message.
• Career enquiries — CVs and introductions you email to careers@ajira360.com.
• Usage data — if you accept cookies, anonymised analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type) via Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline cookies, no analytics scripts load at all.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
• To evaluate career interest and contact you about roles.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal bases

Where the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of consent (analytics cookies), legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

Limited service providers who help us operate: our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and — where you have accepted cookies — Google Analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. International transfers

Because we operate in both the United States and Kenya, information you submit may be processed in either country. Both entities apply the same safeguards described in this policy, and transfers from Kenya are handled in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

7. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Career submissions are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard 14-month setting.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Kenya residents have these rights under the Data Protection Act 2019; residents of certain US states have similar rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any of them, email info@ajira360.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

We use a single category of optional cookies: analytics. The cookie banner lets you accept or decline; declining loads no analytics scripts. A small localStorage entry records your choice so we do not ask again. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the site, least-privilege access to submitted data, and contractual confidentiality obligations for everyone who handles it. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Children

This website is for business audiences and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
